Hi! My name is Brett Wilkinson and thanks for visiting my site! While nature and the natural environment have always been a passion of mine, photography is relatively new to me. As you can tell from my photo gallery, most of the parks I have been to have been in North Carolina; working full-time does not leave a lot of time to travel. However, I quickly realized that you do have to travel to become immersed in nature. State parks, even in urban centers, can provide ample space to escape from the craziness of the human world, which is exactly why they are so important.
Oh, and I also graduated from North Carolina State University. Go Pack!
